Al-Qadisiyah Pack is a flexible packaging manufacturer in 6th of October City, Egypt, producing polyethylene film since 1998. We extrude from 15 to 200 microns, laminate seven structures on a solventless line, and print rotogravure and flexographic up to 8 colours per side.
Buying flexible packaging starts with a specification, not a price. We hold BRCGS for packaging materials, FSSC 22000 version 6 for food safety, the Global Recycled Standard, and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, together with Halal certification. - What film thicknesses can you produce?
- Across the catalogue we produce film from 15 to 200 microns. Packaging films typically run 15–90 microns and agricultural films 80–200 microns, with the available thickness differing by product and production line.
- Which laminate structures do you offer?
- We laminate PE/PE, BOPP/PE, BOPP/BOPP, BOPP/MTZ, PET/PE, BOPP/PET/PE and PET/Al/PE, selected according to the barrier, stiffness and sealing requirements of the pack.
- Do you print packaging, and by which process?
- Yes. We run both rotogravure and flexographic printing, with up to 8 colours per side. Rotogravure uses engraved cylinders and suits long runs where colour consistency and fine detail matter; flexographic printing is used for bags, liners and laminates at high volume.
- What do I need to prepare before requesting a quotation?
- Your product and pack weight, the shelf life you need, the filling line and its roll width, the print artwork and its colour count, and your annual volume. Without those, quotes are not comparable, because each supplier will assume a different structure and micron.
