What does Al-Qadisiyah Pack manufacture?

Al-Qadisiyah Pack manufactures two lines: flexible packaging — printed laminates, liners, auto-flexible film, warning tape, courier bags and cheese packaging — and agricultural films, including greenhouse, mulch, low-tunnel, solarization and silage grades. The company has produced polyethylene film since 1998.

What film thicknesses can you produce?

Across the catalogue we produce film from 15 microns to 200 microns. The available thicknesses differ by product: packaging films typically run 15–90 microns, while agricultural films run 80–200 microns. Each product page lists its own available thicknesses.

What laminate structures do you offer?

We laminate PE/PE, BOPP/PE, BOPP/BOPP, BOPP/MTZ, PET/PE, BOPP/PET/PE and PET/Al/PE structures, selected according to the barrier, stiffness and sealing requirements of the pack.

Do you print packaging, and by which process?

Yes. We run both rotogravure and flexographic printing, with up to 8 colours per side. Rotogravure uses engraved cylinders and suits long runs where colour consistency and fine detail matter; flexographic printing is used for bags, liners and laminates at high volume.

Which quality and food-safety certifications do you hold?

Al-Qadisiyah Pack holds ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, together with FSSC 22000 version 6 for food safety, the BRCGS Global Standard for Packaging Materials, the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and Halal certification. Which countries do you export to?

We currently export to Libya and Saudi Arabia, and we are expanding into the United Kingdom.

Which agricultural films do you supply?

We supply grape and banana crop films, mulch film, low-tunnel film, solarization film and silage film. Agricultural grades are available with light-diffusing, IR-reflecting, IR-absorbing, anti-fog, anti-drip and EVA properties depending on the crop and season.
